At this stage, fans are dying to see some actual footage from Rob Zombie's upcoming reboot of classic TV series The Munsters, but it looks like cameras are still rolling in Budapest, so it'll probably be another while before a teaser trailer is released.

Fortunately, Zombie has continued to keep his followers up to speed on Instagram, and his latest post gives us a new behind-the-scenes look at the movie's leads: Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Munster, Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster, and Daniel Roebuck as Grandpa Munster.

Check out the photos below.

We recently learned that The Munsters had earned a Parental Guidance rating for "Macabre and suggestive material, scary images and language."

The supporting cast includes Richard Brake as Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang, Catherine Schell as Zoya Krupp the gypsy queen, Cassandra "Elvira" Peterson as Barbara Carr, and Jorge as a new character named Floop, who is described as “Dr. Wolfgang’s hunchback assistant and Herman Munster’s best buddy.”

The movie will be released by Universal Home Entertainment, and there's a lot of speculation that it'll be a Peacock exclusive. This has yet to be confirmed, but all episodes of the classic '60s series are currently available to watch on the streaming service.

Something about that picture is hilarious. It is like a parody of the Munsters which is itself a parody of monster films.
