The first trailer for an upcoming horror flick called Barbarian from the Producers of IT, The Grudge and The Ring (decent pedigree, at least) is now online, and while it doesn't really shine a light on many plot details aside from the overall premise, it certainly looks like an intense ride.
The story focuses on a young woman travelling to Detroit for a job interview, who books a rental home. But when she arrives late at night, she discovers that the house is double booked, and a strange man is already staying there. Against her better judgement, she decides to spend the evening, but soon discovers that there’s a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest.
Again, the teaser doesn't give us much more to go on, but we do see Georgina Campbell's (Black Mirror, Krypton) character follow Bill Skarsgård (IT) down a long, dark tunnel (never a good idea), and there's a hint that some kind of unseen force might be pulling their strings.
