Fans of classic TV series, The Munsters, are anxiously awaiting a first look at some footage from Rob Zombie's upcoming feature reboot, but it looks like cameras are still rolling in Budapest, so it'll probably be another while before a teaser trailer is released.

Fortunately, Zombie has continued to keep his followers up to speed on Instagram, and his latest post gives us a first official look (aside from the various behind-the-scenes photos) at Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Munster,

The filmmaker shared a jokey breakdown of the make-up effects that help transform the actor into the Frankenstein's Monster-like patriarch, but if you click right to the last shot, you'll see ol' Herman in all his green glory.

We recently learned that The Munsters had earned a Parental Guidance rating for "Macabre and suggestive material, scary images and language."

The cast also includes Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster, Daniel Roebuck as Grandpa Munster, Richard Brake as Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang, Catherine Schell as Zoya Krupp the gypsy queen, Cassandra "Elvira" Peterson as Barbara Carr, and Jorge as a new character named Floop, who is described as “Dr. Wolfgang’s hunchback assistant and Herman Munster’s best buddy.”

The movie will be released by Universal Home Entertainment, and there's a lot of speculation that it'll be a Peacock exclusive. This has yet to be confirmed, but all episodes of the classic '60s series are currently available to watch on the streaming service.
