Following our first look at Jamie Clayton (Sense8) as the new Pinhead last week, we have another image of the actress in full Cenobite mode thanks to a new Hellraiser promo still shared by USA Today (via Bloody Disgusting).

While the previous image suggested that Pinhead's overall design would be fairly similar to Doug Bradley's original take, this shot tells a different story. If you have a closer look below the jawline, you'll see that this version of the Hell Priest appears to be sporting some mechanical upgrades beneath her skin!

We've seen machine-like Cenobites in the past, so this is nothing new for the franchise.

Barker's 1987 adaptation of his own novella introduced one of cinema's most recognizable and enduring movie monsters in Pinhead, the leader of a group of demonic beings known as Cenobites. The movie went on to achieve cult status, spawning multiple inferior sequels, a short-lived TV series, comic books, and more.

Specific details on this new version are still few and far between, but Bruckner recently gave us a better idea of what to expect. "It's the tale of a young woman, who's struggling with addiction and compulsive behavior, that comes in contact accidentally with the box and unfortunately begins to dabble with it. And chaos ensues."

Hellraiser is set to premiere on October 7.
