CURSED "The Craven Cut" Images Spotlight Practical Werewolf FX, Skeet Ulrich's Excised Character, & More

There is still no official director's cut of Wes Craven's Cursed, but there are some stills out there which give us a better idea of the legendary filmmaker's original plans for the werewolf flick.

Cursed - not to be confused with more recent werewolf movie The Cursed - was released back in 2005 after multiple rounds of reshoots and massive delays. The finished product was... not great (it was bloody awful, truth be told), but we've heard countless reports that the project was all-but hijacked from director Wes Craven, and Dimension Films' theatrical version was said to be nowhere close to his original vision.

Though there is no official "Craven Cut" of Cursed, HelloSidney.com has now shared a bunch of new stills from scenes that didn't appear in the 2005 release. The images spotlight the legendary Rick Baker's practical werewolf FX, Skeet Ulrich's (Scream) famously excised character, and more.

Scream Factory is releasing an unrated edition of the movie on Blu-ray on April 26, but it's been confirmed that this will not be the fabled Craven Cut.

Will we ever get to see it? If fan-demand is there it could happen down the line, but, honestly, it would take quite a few major changes to make Cursed even a half-decent movie!
