If you haven't seen Netflix's Texas Chainsaw Massacre yet, be warned that major spoilers follow from this point on.

Almost 50 years after Tobe Hooper's original, the new TCM movie sees the iconic serial killer known as Leatherface go on another rampage with his trusty power tool. After racking up a hefty kill count - including the first film's sole survivor Sally Hardesty (Olwen Fouéré) - the relentless old bastard manages to decapitate Melody (Sarah Yarkin) as her distraught sister Lila (Elsie Fisher) looks on helplessly.

We then see Leatherface recreate his macabre chainsaw dance from Hooper's classic before the credits roll - but there is a little more to come!

In a brief post-credits scene, Leatherface walks down a path that leads to the house from the first film. If we do get a sequel, there's a good chance the action will play out in the killer's old stomping chopping ground. Leatherface was just one member of a deranged "family" of murderers in the original, so there's a chance he'll be reunited with a few distant cousins.

Major disappointment with this film, and I was looking forward to it. Leatherface didn't feel like Leatherface, leaping through the air like Bruce Willis, and the characters were generic and boring. Sally was a cheap Laurie Strode knock off. Total flop. The bone kill was good, the bus scene a missed opportunity.

@MarvelousMarty - The bone kill was the highlight... everything went downhill from there.
