SAW 10 Set Photos Offer A First Look At Tobin Bell's Return As Jigsaw - Possible SPOILERS

It's been five years since we last saw Tobin Bell on screen as Jigsaw, but the iconic horror villain is (somehow) set to make his return in Saw 10. As of right now, plot details are being kept under wraps, meaning we have no idea if this is a prequel, sequel, inbetweenquel, or perhaps even a full-blown reboot.

While we wait on plot details, we now have a first look at Bell's return in some photos shared from the movie's set. They don't offer much in the way of context, though John Kramer can be seen speaking to a child while reading a book. So, yeah, not the most groundbreaking images by any means, though seeing this character back in action is definitely welcomed.

Jigsaw died back in Saw III, believe it or not, but he's since returned in flashbacks or recordings as a mentor to new killers.

It's worth noting that Bell looks strikingly similar to how he did in Saw: The Final Chapter's flashbacks, so that may be telling. We did see the killer go through an autopsy, remember, so there's no way he can rise from the dead unless this franchise is really about to jump the shark (which wouldn't actually surprise us).

Kevin Greutert, who directed Saw VI and Saw: The Final Chapter (as well as serving as an editor on the first five movies and Jigsaw) is set to helm the movie, so it has some veteran talent behind the camera.

The Saw franchise has found plenty of box office success, grossing upwards of $1 billion worldwide since that first movie was released, making it one of the highest-grossing horror franchises of all time.

As noted, the next Saw movie will be released in theaters on October 27, 2023.
