Lee Cronin's Evil Dead Rise is set to hit theaters later this month, and tickets are now on sale.
To accompany the announcement, the studio has debuted a new poster spotlighting the new "Mother of Evil," as well as a TV spot featuring some unsettling new footage.
In Rise, a single mother is the unfortunate target of a Kandarian demon, aka a "Deadite,", who awakens after her son finds the Necronomicon and plays the incantations on his turntable.
Let's just say, things get... messy!
I caught a screening of the movie earlier this week, and it really is as f*cked up as the early reactions suggested.
