Terror Films doesn't stick to October for their horror releases; instead they generally release at least one scare thriller a month. Next month is April and the focus is on Dark Entities, a new film that should interest anyone interested in The Conjuring or other films in that vein of the horror sub-genre.
While keeping much a secret before release, the tagline reads "Part of the family, part of the house." There is a brand new trailer today as well as an exclusive clip we have for you titled The Warning. Meanwhile, we've also shared the new poster that was modeled after Nosferatu.
As many horror flicks have differing time periods, Dark Entities is set in the 70s, which adds an entirely new level of interest for some to the film considering it won't be present day scares, but rather elements of that time period may play a part.
We've included our exclusive clip, the official poster, and the just-released trailer for Dark Entities below along with the synopsis so that those interested can get as much context as possible. Check them out and let us know if you'll be looking out for this movie on April 14th in the comments or whether you'll skip this horror feature.
Following a tragic accident in 1977, the three Winters siblings move into the mysterious home they inherited. They soon discover the house holds dark secrets that seek to threaten everything they hold dear. Convinced the strange occurrences are a result of trauma, they seek out logical explanations with little success. They look to the help of a parapsychologist as the supernatural forces become life threatening. With time running out, will they be able to survive the dark entities?
Dark Entities will become available on digital worldwide next month on April 14th.
